Drop alerts

If you sign up for drop alerts we store your email address, the time you signed up and the page you signed up from. That’s all. It’s kept in our own Cloudflare account and used for one thing: emailing you when Mattel confirms a drop. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it, and we don’t add you to anything else.

To stop the alerts and have your address deleted, reply to any alert or email surfaced-x@protonmail.com from that address. We delete it within seven days.

Everything else

• No accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.
• To stop repeated signups from one connection, the signup form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour. It isn’t stored with your email and it expires on its own.
• Videos from TikTok and YouTube load only when you press play. Until then nothing is requested from those services. Once you press play, their own privacy policies apply.
• The 3D gallery behind the pages shows a few Creative Commons photos loaded directly from Wikimedia Commons, so your browser contacts Wikimedia’s servers for those images (see credits).
• Links to Mattel, eBay and other sites take you to those sites, and their policies apply there.
